Know Your Physio provides health coaching, consulting, and educational content. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your health history and biometrics. You understand that results may vary and depend on individual effort and physiology.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments for coaching programs and consultations are due as agreed upon purchase. Refund policies for specific programs are detailed in their respective service agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including workshops, webinars, health plans, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Know Your Physio and Andrés Preschel. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without permission.
6. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
By consenting to Know Your Physio's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Know Your Physio through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., appointment reminders, account alerts, etc.).
- Opt-out: You may opt-out of the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at andres@knowyourphysio.org.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
